Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to enhance communication skills.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding speech and language development.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with diverse populations and various communication disorders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
- Proficiency in using technology for assessments and teletherapy sessions.
