About the Role:
Join ABA RESULTS LLC as a Music Teacher in Fort Myers, FL, where you will inspire students through the joy of music. We are looking for a passionate educator who can create engaging lessons and foster a love for music in our diverse student community.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement music curriculum for various age groups and skill levels.
- Conduct individual and group music lessons, focusing on performance and theory.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills.
- Organize and participate in music events and performances throughout the year.
- Collaborate with other educators to integrate music into interdisciplinary projects.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Stay current with music education trends and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and achievements.
Requirements:
- Prior teaching experience in a group music setting preferred.
- Strong proficiency in one or more musical instruments.
- Knowledge of music theory and composition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages.
- State teaching certification in music education is a plus.
- Passion for music and a commitment to student success.
Compensation: $150.00 per day
